Frederick J. Daley
was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1973 and the
Illinois Bar in 1974. He first represented social security
disability benefits claimants in 1973. Fred has
represented clients before the Office of Hearings and
Appeals, Appeals Council, United States District Court and
before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Fred began practicing law with the Cook County Legal
Assistance Foundation in October 1973. He entered private
practice in 1980. He has been a speaker at the Continuing
Legal Education seminars on Social Security disability law
sponsored by The Chicago Bar Association and at various
other forums over the years. Fred is a member of the
National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s
Representatives and has been a frequent speaker at their
conferences.
Fred is married and the father of three sons. |
