Mark D. DeBofsky received his bachelor's degree
from the University of Michigan and his law degree in 1980
from the University of Illinois College of Law. He is
admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and before
various federal courts, including the United States
Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar
Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and
the National Organization of Social Security Claimants'
Representatives, as well as other legal organizations.
In addition to his courtroom and office practice, Mark
DeBofsky is a frequent author and lecturer on topics
relating to employee benefits (ERISA) litigation,
employment discrimination, and social security disability
claims.
