Carl M. Varady has practiced law for over twenty years, representing individuals seeking compensation and benefits in the areas of employment, special education, insurance, personal injury and Social Security.  He has appeared before Hawai‘i and Federal trial and appellate courts numerous times.  He most recently appeared at the appellate level as lead appellate counsel before the Hawai‘i Supreme Court in the Kalima v. Lingle class action seeking relief for breach of trust claims brought by Native Hawaiian beneficiaries.  Mr. Varady is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association Civil Rights Section Executive Committee, Hawai‘i Employment Lawyers Association and Consumer Lawyers of Hawai‘i.
