Stephen Weinstein received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  He worked with his father,  Attorney Seymour B. Weinstein, in a Social Security Disability Law practice from 1990 - 2003 where he did legal research, case preparation and appeared before Administrative Law Judges at the Offices of Hearings and Appeals in Chicago, Evanston, and Indiana.  In April of 2003, he started working in the the same capacity for Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant and he now appears before ALJs at the hearing offices in Oakbrook Terrace and Orland Park as well.  He also worked for Attorney David R. Bryant and was involved in the development of a client tracking software program for his Social Security Disability Law practice.
