Lacko v. United of Omaha

On June 12, 2019, the U.S. Court of Appeals issued a ruling in favor of Shirley Lacko, overturning an adverse judgment issued by the lower court. The Court of Appeals, in a decision authored by Judge Ilana Rovner and joined in by Judges William Bauer and Amy St. Eve, accepted Lacko’s arguments and revered the lower court ruling.
