Marie E. Casciari of DeBofsky Law will moderate the American Bar Association (ABA) webinar, ‘MHPAEA in the Courts’, on November 14, 2023, at 3 PM EST.

The 90-minute webinar will discuss the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 (MHPAEA), focusing on recent litigation developments and the role of the courts in shaping case law.

The webinar will include a discussion of key cases on residential treatment, wilderness therapy, transitional care, applied behavioral analysis (ABA) for treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and more.

The ABA will offer 1.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states and 1.8 hours of CLE credit in 50-minute states for this live webinar.
