With each new ruling, the scope and context of how issues relating to disability, life, and health benefits are resolved by the courts are constantly evolving.  In June of 2021, Mark DeBofsky recorded a continuing legal education program for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education (NACLE) providing an update on ERISA-governed insurance claims, including disability health, accidental death, and life insurance cases.

In this recorded NACLE lecture, Mark DeBofsky, covers a wide range of issues ranging from pre-litigation appeals of benefit denials to the latest rulings on the standard and scope of judicial review in ERISA claims. He also provides insight into the latest developments in litigation trending issues in medical treatment, accidental death, life insurance, and disability insurance claims.
